Ray Flores, CEO of Industrial Solutions Group, LLC, has 35+ years of experience in the Oil & Gas Industry with 14 years in field operations and 25 years designing and implementing Safety Management Processes.

Ray has executive level (President CEO) participation building several companies in a broad spectrum including, Safety Management, Engineering (Mechanical Integrity), and OQ services to the Pipeline Industry OQSG.

When Ray is not working, he enjoys spending quality time with family and friends. He has an appeal for the arts, supporting local Arts related causes. Ray's devotion to the industry, his company, and his employees is an asset to the success of his business.

Jonas “JJ” Johnnie, our current and tenured Operations Manager, is a key player in powering ISG and a passionate advocate for our field personnel. His top priority is ensuring their safety during operations with ISG clients. JJ effectively manages field HSE personnel, special projects personnel, training, and contractor management audits, all of which are crucial to our ISG client base.

He leverages his extensive experience in drilling, completions, well servicing, and construction, along with over ten years of verified HSE experience, to enhance ISG efforts. JJ holds an undergraduate degree in Social and Criminal Justice and a graduate degree in Management and Leadership. JJ's commitment ensures that our field personnel are always client-ready, competent, and fully understand the “ISS Way” before supporting company efforts.

With a career spanning over 25 years, Chris Lafleur brings a wealth of experience and dedication to his role at Industrial Solutions Group (ISG). Beginning his journey as a Paramedic, Chris served on ambulances before transitioning to the remote offshore environment.

Driven by a desire to connect individuals with meaningful career opportunities, Chris ventured into the recruiting field. In 2008, he joined the ISS team as a Field Supervisor, where he played a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence and employee satisfaction.

Eager to expand his expertise, Chris pursued certifications as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR). This paved the way for him to become an HR Business Partner at ISG, where he oversees multiple aspects of the business, from recruiting and supporting employee work spans to managing 401K and benefits.

Chris's favorite aspect of the HR field is fostering employee engagement and providing individuals with the opportunity to establish fulfilling careers. With his passion for connecting people and his commitment to supporting both employees and the organization, Chris plays an integral role in driving success and cohesion within the ISG team.
