Terry "Top" Meehan and his crew received the highest recognition awarded in the Outstanding Operational Excellence Program, not once but twice! Top and his crew received the highest recognition (2x) I’ve ever seen. In short, Top supported and assisted with the submittal of a few high-level uses of Stop Work Authority on two separate occasions. Two employees working with our customer's CTC Operations received recognition through the Outstanding Operational Excellence (O2E) Program.
Previously, Top received kudos and recognition from our customer's Sr. HSE Specialist for outstanding HSE Performance and was credited as a critical element in sustaining a positive and productive culture while on location. Both instances of excellence were received from the Wells' Vice President in the Technical Center as well as the General Manager of CTC Operations. Top stated simply, “My crew and I received kudos from my bosses, bosses, boss”! Again, this is a testament of commitment and HSE excellence from our clients as they are directly supported by ISS HSE Professionals. In closing, Sr. HSE Specialist asked if we had more reps like Top; but we all know there is only one Terry Meehan. Top bounced the credit back to the crew, but his involvement was critical in receiving the recognition.
